Express Car Wash

As part of a mixed use development, the Express Carwash project included site planning and building design services for an automated carwash, drive through espresso stand, and a separate oil changing facility. The project presented several unique site planning and technical and coordination challenges as well. A limited site area dictated creative land used planning for auto circulation drive isles, and parking, landscaping requirements. Integration of a proprietary automated car washing system with water recycling also required careful attention to details and close coordination with the equipment manufacturer and building contractor.
