The Westgate Building Built at the end of the 1970’s, The Westgate Building was designed as a multi-tenant office and retail facility located along a busy arterial in Bremerton, Washington. Recognizing that the building needed a major facelift, the owner approached us with the difficult challenge; create a new modern building façade within an extremely limited budget. After several alternatives were investigated, a pre-finished corrugated metal siding product was selected as the most economical, low maintenance and aesthetically attractive siding solution.
