This waterfront residential project presented a multitude of challenges to the design team. In addition to the creation of the three, finely detailed Craftsman style buildings – the main house, guest house, garage, Duncan Creek was redeveloped into a vibrant, healthy salmon stream. Hecker Architects assembled a multi disciplinary design and construction team to work closely with the clients as well as the State Department of Fish & Wildlife and the regulatory agencies of Kitsap County.
