As part of the Lay-z-boy Furniture galleries project, a new warehouse and distribution center was built to service both Arnold’s Home Furnishings the Lay-z-boy Furniture Galleries showrooms. An industrial high lift storage and conveying system was utilized to create an extremely efficient warehouse environment. Through careful analysis and layout, the original programmed space requirements were reduced by nearly 1000 sf. resulting in substantial cost savings to the Owner of the facility.
