Sulpher Springs Originally built in the 1930's as living quarters for an artisan boat-builder, Hecker Architects was commissioned to transform this hand crafted cabin into a full-time-residence complete with master bedroom accomodations, exterior living spaces, a new entrance, and double ended garage features. Due to steep grades, septic system location, and very limited buildable area, creative planning and geotechnical engineering were required to accomodate the Owner's program while providing a seamless link between old and new.
